you cannot delete your account without googling "deleting your facebook account" and hoop jumping
people you don't know who know your friends will ask to be your friend thereby creating potential awkwardness should you simply refuse and later run in to the them with said mutual friend
people all extra have their real names and you are all extra vulnerable to being viewed upon by people that you don't want to see you. so i have a fake name.
